We want you to be delighted with your purchase from HeyJet. Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any issue with your order, kindly contact our customer service team by email within 60 days of receipt.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email to request a return or exchange. Please note the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of your order date
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging
- Products with scratches, damage, or signs of use will not be eligible for return
- If the return is due to customer preference (not a defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the courier selected
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, reshipping fees may apply
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs or reimburse you based on a valid receipt
- If the product is reported defective, we may require the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
Important Notes
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the return is due to customer preference (not our fault), a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted
- Refunds are only available for returns requested within 60 days of purchase
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order
This ensures faster processing and product availability.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order:
- You must contact us within 5 hours of placing the order
- The order must not have been shipped yet
Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
We will do our best to stop the shipment. However, once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
