Return Policy – HeyJet

At HeyJet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition.
  • The item should be returned with its original packaging and accessories, when applicable.
  • You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending the item back.
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Free Return Shipping

HeyJet provides a free return shipping label for eligible returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for obtaining and using the return label.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return period.

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us with your order number and let us know which product or variation you would like instead. Exchange availability is subject to stock.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Different from what you ordered

please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@hey-jet.com.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide the return instructions and, when applicable, your free return shipping label.
  4. Send the item back using the provided instructions.

We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

No Restocking Fees

HeyJet does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted

A return may be rejected if the item:

  • Has been significantly used or damaged after delivery
  • Is missing essential parts or accessories
  • Is returned without authorization
  • Does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above
